We are a family-owned, multi-specialty, full-service Ophthalmology practice located in the beautiful neighborhood of St. Louis Hills. Originally founded in 1978, the practice has been at its current location since 1990. Previously known as Pernoud Eye Institute, in 2016 the practice became STL Vision.

Our DIAGNOSTIC CENTER has the latest equipment which allows our specialists to make timely diagnoses and monitor therapeutic responses all while in the comfort of clinic.
Our procedure suites allow scheduling convenience for patients that require injectable treatments for macular degeneration or diabetic eye disease, retina lasers and superficial eyelid procedures including the removal of styes. Glaucoma and diabetic lasers,cataract surgery, lasers after cataract surgery, corneal transplants, and major retinal repair surgeries are all performed at an outpatient surgery center.
Our OPTICAL SHOP showcases the latest in designer eyewear including high-end frames and advanced lens technology. Patients are able to browse and speak with our highly trained staff during their appointment and walk-ins are always welcome.
